He is general, child and adolescent psychiatrist practising in Sudbury at Health Sciences North. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Benin in Nigeria and his Psychiatry residency training in the Republic of Ireland. He holds a diploma in clinical psychiatry and also in health economics. Dr Ajueze is a certified member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
After immigrating to Canada, Dr. Ajueze joined the Sudbury Psychiatry department in 2012. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with a specialty in General psychiatry in 2013. He obtained an additional fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry in 2014.
Dr. Ajueze is the Clinical Lead of the Child and Adolescent mental health Program of the Sudbury regional hospital. He is the consulting psychiatrist to the Northern Ontario regional eating disorder program.He is also an Assistant Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
Dr. Ajueze is a contributing author for two popular textbooks amongst International medical graduates in Canada; A textbook on “Psychiatry review for Canadian doctors” and a textbook on “Complex Clinical Conundrums in Psychiatry”.
Dr. Ajueze is fully trained and certified in MeRT.
Dr Aroosa Haroon is an (MD., C.C.F.P) who is currently working at Venice Medical and Walk in Clinic. She possesses strong communicational skills and doesn’t take long to diagnose the ailment bothering her patients. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Gynaecology and is currently practicing in the field of Family Medicine in the Province of Ontario. She has developed strong ties in the community and is ready to serve the community to the best of her abilities.
Anastasia Georgiou has an autistic child and found that there was poor treatment availability and/or a lack of safe non-invasive treatment options for autism. She became aware of the benefits of MeRT treatments and had her child undergo the procedure. The effects were astonishing! After a copious amount of research, Anastasia put together a team and is bringing this groundbreaking technology to the GTA.
Mrs. Nwoyibo Blessing Charles is a critical care registered nurse with over 12 years of nursing experience. Licensed in all provinces in Canada. A graduate of York University BSCN Honours degree. Critical Care diploma certificate at Durham College. A certified and Trained MeRT tech with wide experience working with Autistic and developmentally challenged individuals.
Rahul Ravindran is the lead MeRT Technician at Neurosync Brain Treatment Centre. Rahul completed his education at Laurentian University in Sudbury, obtaining a B.Sc. in Behavioural Neuroscience, and a M.Sc. in Cell Biology.
As part of the Neuroscience Research Group at Laurentian, his work focused on the effects electromagnetic fields and light emitting diodes have on the biology of cancerous cells, aiming to discover if frequency modulated fields could mitigate the growth of cancer.
During his university career, Rahul also worked as an acquired brain injury rehabilitation worker. Here he obtained experience working closely with brain-injured individuals, utilizing knowledge gained in his education to help clients in their day to day lives. After university, Rahul completed training with Wave Neuroscience to become fully certified as a MeRT Technician.
